在英文 Windows 上安裝的 ONE-POS 列印條碼標籤中文出現 "????" 亂碼

Windows 11:

最直的步驟： 按 Windows 鍵 + R，輸入 intl.cpl，然後按 Enter 鍵開啟區域設定。

按一下 “系統管理”標籤“ 非 Unicode 程式的語言”下，按一下“更改系統區域設定…” 從下拉式選單中選擇  “中文 - 香港繁體”。

Windows 10: 

Windows 7: 

可以在 Control Panel 的 Region and Language 的 Language for for Non-Unicode 可改成香港中文。
